Change in Scenery
So, I am working on my resume...thinking about moving on to the next job...my job now isn't progressing how I would like to...lots of stress with little reward...
I have a lead for an Office Manager position, definitely more money...and better location...
It 's in Northern Virginia, working in the office with my mom...
If I get this job and want it and can get out of this apartment I could be moving as early as October 1st...
My parents are shitting themselves with excitement, even offered to let Dana and I live with them until we can get on our feet...I don't think we would...but it was a nice offer...
I'll keep everyone posted...

Did I say working "with" my mom--I meant being (pseudo) my mom's superviser...eeeeek
Once you see what's happened to real estate values down here, you'll be frothing at the bit to live with the folks...thank you to the dept. of homeland security and other assorted gov't monkey-business for artificially inflating what used to be affordable.
The gov't would charge us kitties to use the litter box if they could figure out how to attach one of those coin-deposit machines to our litter pans (remember pay toilets???). Then they'd euphemistically declare it to be a value added tax...Meow!!!
